Mr. George D. Lee's primary areas of practice is Estate Planning.  He has extensive experience in helping families prepare comprehensive estate planning documents to prepare for the unexpected.  He has helped individuals, family and businesses not only by preparing Revocable Living Trust, but also assisted them by employing Asset Protection strategies, made plans to protect loved one's from creditors and predators, and conducted various business planning for corporations and LLCs. 

Mr. Lee also has extensive experience in helping small and large hospitals around  the United States to recruit various health care professionals to live  and work in the United States.  In particular, Mr. Lee has helped numerous  registered nurses to procure their legal permanent resident status to  help alleviate the severe nurse shortage in the United States.  Mr.  Lee’s practice also extends to helping small businesses and individuals  to achieve their immigration goals at virtually all levels.

Mr. Lee received his J.D. from from University of Illinois College of  Law, and B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he graduated with honors.  Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District Courts for the Central District of California and the U.S. Courts of  Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Mr. Lee is a member of an organization for estate planning attorneys, WealthCounsel, the American Immigration Lawyers Association, and the Korean American Bar Association of Southern California.
