Mr. George D. Lee's areas of practice are Estate Planning and Immigration Law.  He has extensive experience in helping families prepare comprehensive estate planning documents to prepare for the unexpected. 

Mr.  Lee also has extensive experience in helping small and large hospitals around  the United States to recruit various health care professionals to live  and work in the United States.  In particular, Mr. Lee has helped numerous  registered nurses to procure their legal permanent resident status to  help alleviate the severe nurse shortage in the United States.  Mr.  Lee’s practice also extends to helping small businesses and individuals  to achieve their immigration goals at virtually all levels.

Prior to establishing his own practice in 2000, Mr. Lee was an associate with Anderson, McPharlin &  Conners, LLP, and Tuverson & Hillyard where he defended attorneys  and doctors, respectively, in professional malpractice actions.  Prior  to joining Tuverson & Hillyard, Mr. Lee was an associate at the law  firm of Kroll & Tract.  Before practicing law, Mr. Lee was an  associate with a certified public accounting firm.

Mr. Lee received his J.D. from from University of Illinois College of  Law, and B.A. from the University of California at Los Angeles, with honors.  Mr. Lee is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. District  Courts for the Central District of California and the U.S. Courts of  Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.  Mr. Lee is a member of an organization for estate planning attorneys, WealthCounsel, as well as the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
